Scoped Job Checklist

1. Please email us at info@cleanedlines.com requesting a scopist.

2. Please fill out the online Preference Sheet at www.cleanedlines.com. (Unless we have worked with you in the past.)

3. Please prepare the file to be scoped to include a completed caption page and appearance pages.

4. Please make sure the audio is clear.

5. Please define all speakers.

6. Please fill in drops, as it is very hard to work from audio only in these sections.

7. Please define all proper names/places.

8. Please submit the following information to info@cleanedlines.com through Dropsend or Sendthisfile along with the Case Catalyst or Eclipse file, the audio file and also a PDF file:

   1. Total number of pages at time of submission

   2. Date due back to you

   3. Time zone

   4. Any special instructions

9. Please let us know upon submission if you would like just scoping or scoping and proofreading.
